Terms and Conditions When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We will normally dispatch your order to you in 2-3 business days. If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed. Taxable items have VAT (sales tax) included. Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption. We guarantee your satisfaction. In addition, customers from the European Union are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Faulty items can be returned for an exchange (where available) or refund. The refund will be sent once I have received the faulty item and it has been confirmed as being faulty (not damaged/misused by buyer). *None faulty items can be returned provided that the following criteria is met:- THE ITEM MUST BE IN RESALEABLE CONDITION THE ITEM MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING THE BUYER MUST PAY FOR THE RETURN (secure & insured) POSTAGE.
