OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 30 days of receipt (please see a few exceptions below). Returned items should be sent in original packaging with your order number. We will issue a refund on receipt (less outward postage cost). Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. 

EXCEPTIONS: 

We cannot except Bed Bug Mattress covers that have been opened.

Returns checklist.

Please send back with the following:

• Original packaging (where possible)
• Any power cables + instructions.
• A note with your name and address

GENERAL:

1. Goods will only be accepted for refund if they are sent back to us within 30 days of delivery to you, or we have notified you otherwise.
    
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and suitably packed for the chosen postal method.
    
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unless they are faulty.
