Bed Bugs can be difficult to elimate living in mattresses, bedsprings and frames, soft furnishings, cracks and crevices and under wallpaper. These products are for home use yet bringing professional results.

Kit contains:

HOW TO USE:

Prepare the Area

Remove all bedding (sheets, blankets, duvets, covers, and protectors), these should be washed in very hot water. Personal items (stuffed animals, soft toys, blankets) should be removed and cleaned. Clutter should be removed from furniture tops and bed stands. In severe infestations, clothing should be removed from dressers and chests. Vacuum mattresses and box springs (especially along seams and folds); upholstered furniture, and behind curtains. Also vacuum the floor completely. After vacuuming, remove the bag from the vacuum, tie it tightly, and remove it from the premises.

Control:

The contents of the Bed Bug Killer Kit should be used as follows:

1. Place the Midi Fortefog P Fumer on a heat resistant surface in the room to be treated (read the label and directions for use instructions carefully. One Midi Fortefog P Fumer will treat 25m3 of space in each room to be treated. Remove all fish tanks and pets, make sure all the windows are closed and close the door. Place the Fumer canister on a heat resistant surface, such as a large plate or baking tray, remove the lid, light the blue touch fuse and leave the room closed for at least two hours, when you re-enter open all windows and doors to ventilate the room.

2. Treat all the surfaces and soft furnishings with the Protector C as per the label instructions. Protector C provides quick knock-down and long residual control of bedbugs. Make sure that you follow the product label’s directions for bedbug control before spraying.

3. Treat all cracks and crevices with Residex P dusting powder as per the label instructions. Residex P Dusting Powder should be applied along skirting boards by pulling the carpet up from the tacks and then putting refitting it. Residex P Dusting Powder in the puffer pack is ideal for cracks and crevices, in wall voids and under skirting boards, under carpet edges, around electrical switches, the bed frame, inside box springs, inside furniture.

Treat the Bed

The bed area needs to be treated next. Treat the folds and seams of the mattress, the headboard, foot board, box spring/divan base, frame, etc. with a light application of Protector C.

Treat All the Furniture

Treat upholstered furniture with Protector C. Always turn bedbug infested furniture over and treat from the bottom. Some furniture may have a hollow metal frame (children’s bunk beds are an example). Treat inside the metal tubing with Residex P Dusting Powder.

Heavy bedbug infestations may need more than one treatment.
